10 Years Ago

I married my wonderful hubby! It's amazing how much time can seem to fly by when you're so busy with every day life, kids, work and school.  Some days it feels like we've been married forever, like its hard to remember a time when we weren't married. Other times it feels like it was just yesterday we were standing in the chapel before friends & family saying our vows. Either way, I am blessed to be married to such a wonderful, caring, and loving man and I am grateful to have him in my life.

In our 10 years we've been through some really tough times, some that I wasn't sure we'd make it out of and still be together.  However there's been so many wonderful times they overshadow those tough ones.  The tough ones just made our marriage stronger and better and I know now we can overcome anything.

From the Mouths of Husbands

Well normally it seems most people post the "out of the mouths of babes" well this is the twist lol

H learns songs at her preschool, they learned one about animals and how they act.  It's called "Animal Actions" and goes a little something like this:

"Animal Actions, they're so much fun"

When she sings I hear

"Animal Reactions, they're so much fun"

What my dear sweet husband hears

"Animal E*ections", they're so much fun" and I'll give you  a hint, it's not elections.

OMG lol seriously???

Gave me the best laugh I have had in quite some time!

Happy Belated Mothers's Day

Yes I am way behind in blogging this week, to many sick people and not enough time in the day! I hope all of you mamas out there had a great Mother's Day, mine actually didn't turn out half bad!

I had breakfast cooked for me on Sunday morning, got a couple cards and 2 Cd's and a plate with Jess hand print on it that she made at school. I was quite surprised as I didn't expect anything at all. After a nice relaxing morning we all got dressed and went up to Monte Sano State Park and had a picnic lunch and let the girls run and play. They have a decent playground and it actually wasn't nearly as busy as I thought it would be.

Good thing Mother's Day turned out well, because the next 2 days wasn't so fun. You can read about that in my previous post.
